Staff Deactivations & Booking Reassignments
When a team member leaves, you can now safely deactivate or archive them. The system automatically prompts you to transfer all of their future appointments to active staff.
You can reassign bookings in bulk or review each appointment line-by-line. Toggling availability checks prevents double-bookings. Manage your team in the Staff & Places panel or read the Staff Deactivation Guide.
Strict MST Timezone Compliance
To eliminate calendar drift and scheduling confusion, Kinibook is now strictly locked to Malaysian Standard Time (MST, UTC+8) globally. Even if your client's device clock drifts, slot confirmations and reminders remain perfectly aligned.

Upfront Deposits & Slot Checkout Holds
Merchants can collect upfront online deposits or full payments during client checkout. When checkout begins, the slot is held for 10 minutes, giving the customer time to complete transaction details without double-bookings.
If two clients pay for the same slot simultaneously, the fastest webhook secures the booking. The system automatically rejects the slower hold and schedules a refund. Toggle checkout preferences in the Payment settings page or read the Online Collections Guide.
Client Secure Portal with PIN Access
Your repeat customers can now log in securely using a verification PIN code. Once signed in, clients can view their upcoming appointments, track booking histories, and check packages.
Preview notification formats in the WhatsApp Message Previews or manage booking credentials.
Next-Available Slot Finder & Timeline Grouping
Locate the next open spot on your calendar instantly. The booking system now highlights the earliest available opening across all active staff hours.
