What is the WhatsApp Bot Assistant?
The WhatsApp Bot Assistant is a messaging-based control tool that runs on your admin phone line. Instead of opening your dashboard on a computer, you can send simple text messages to your bot to view appointments, inspect calendars, or check credit status while on the go.
Automatic Access
The bot is active out of the box. To interact with it, simply send any of the approved commands to your admin WhatsApp number.
Approved Bot Commands
The bot monitors and responds to these specific keyword triggers (case-insensitive):

| help | Returns a roster list of all available commands. |
| today | Lists all booked appointments scheduled for today (showing client name, services, and times). |
| slot | Returns a list of all unoccupied slots open for client booking today. |
| next | Finds and returns the earliest available booking opening across all staff calendars. |
| DD/MM/YYYY | Enter any specific date (e.g. 24/06/2026) to query all bookings on that day. |
| status | Displays your current subscription tier, remaining monthly booking limit, and prepaid balance details. |
| roster | Returns shift schedules and working rosters for all registered staff members for the current week. |
