Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

We provide an online booking management system that allows businesses to manage appointments, staff schedules, services, and customer bookings. Features may include booking links, notifications, WhatsApp-related workflows, and administrative tools.

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding onto the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your business information, staff details, and provided services are correctly recorded

Zinvoice Enterprise is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the user.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are in MYR/Ringgit Malaysia and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Access to the Service will be suspended or terminated if payment is overdue.

We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice to users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity. You must not:

• Misuse the Service to send spam or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service in a way that damages other users or the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Customer Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your business and customer data entered into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the permission to process and store data necessary to operate and maintain the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of customer data complies with applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

7. Third-Party Integrations (Including WhatsApp)

We may integrate with third-party services such as messaging platforms, payment processors, or hosting providers. These services are not controlled by us, and availability may depend on external providers.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.

8. Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or external factors may occasionally affect access.

Temporary service interruptions shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• Payment is not received
• These Terms are violated
• The Service is misused

Upon termination, access to the platform may be removed, and no refunds will be provided for any unused subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective once published on the platform.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
