Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is issued by Zinvoice Enterprise ("Zinvoice", "we", "our", or "us"), the owner and operator of the kinibook software platform. This policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions to the kinibook website, the booking platform, any related documentation, software, or APIs made available by us, and any other services provided by Zinvoice Enterprise in connection with the platform ("collectively, the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
We operates on a subscription-based digital software model. Upon successful payment, account access and system configuration may be activated. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are strictly non-refundable except where required by applicable Malaysian law.
2. Subscription
Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
If you cancel your subscription using the cancellation function within the current paid billing cycle, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No refunds or pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused subscription period.
3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payments made in error; or
- Where a refund is required under applicable Malaysian law.
All approved refunds, if any, will be processed solely at the discretion of Zinvoice Enterprise and only after internal review.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the cancellation feature available within the Service.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid.
5. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to revise pricing or subscription packages in the future. Existing customers will be notified in advance of any applicable changes.
7. General
This Refund Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service and any applicable Subscription Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and a Subscription Agreement signed between the parties, the terms of the Subscription Agreement shall prevail.
