This Privacy Policy explains how Zinvoice Enterprise ("Zinvoice", "we", "our", or "us"), the owner and operator of the kinibook software platform collect, use, disclose, and safeguard data when you use kinibook website, the booking platform, any related documentation, software, or APIs made available by us, and any other services provided by Zinvoice Enterprise in connection with the platform (collectively, the "Service"). When you sign up or are onboarded to the Service, we may collect:

- Phone number and WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Business address
- Staff and service information
b) Customer Booking Information
When your customers make bookings through the Service, the following information may be collected:
- Customer name
- Contact number
- Booking details (date, time, service selected)
c) Technical Information
We may automatically collect limited technical data such as:
- Device type
- Browser type

- Usage activity within the platform
2. How We Use Your Information
