Add funds to your prepaid balance.
Performing a Top-Up
To add funds to your Free plan credit balance:
Step 1: Open Billing panel
Navigate to the Billing page in your dashboard settings.
Step 2: Add Prepaid Balance
Click Top Up.
Step 3: Complete Payment
Input the top-up amount (minimum RM10) and complete the payment. The funds will immediately register on your balance.
Deductions and Booking Pauses
• On the Free tier, each booking deducts a flat RM 0.60 from your prepaid balance.
• If your balance falls below RM 0.60, your booking page will pause. Top up your balance to make it active again.
If your balance hits RM 0.00, any previously scheduled day-before WhatsApp reminders still in the queue are suspended and will fail to deliver until a top-up is completed. Once you top up, queue processing resumes. Read more about how these logs work in the WhatsApp Reminders Guide.
