Overview of Plans
Kinibook offers a Free plan and multiple paid tiers to match your business size. Your plan controls how many monthly bookings, staff logins, and auto-reminders you get, as well as access to AI scheduling and ROI tracking features.
30 monthly bookings • 1 staff login • 30 auto-reminders • RM 0.60 per booking (pay-as-you-go from prepaid balance)
Paid plans are organised into Starter, Growth, and Enterprise tiers. Each unlocks AI scheduling, ROI tracking, additional staff logins, and higher booking volumes. Extra bookings can be purchased as add-ons on any paid plan.
To browse all available tiers with exact pricing, open Billing in your dashboard and click Adjust your plan. You can compare monthly and yearly billing, staff counts, and features side by side.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your plan features or booking limits:
Step 1: Open Billing page
Go to Billing.
Step 2: Choose Plan
Select your desired plan tier and click Change Plan.
Step 3: Complete Payment
Complete the gateway payment. The new limits and feature tools will activate immediately on your account.
Purchasing Extra Bookings
If you run out of bookings before the billing cycle resets, you can purchase one-off packets instead of upgrading:
- On the Billing page, click Get Extra.
- Choose your target packet size (e.g. +100 bookings).
- Review the total and confirm payment. The extra booking allowances apply immediately.
