Supported Browsers
Kinibook is built on modern web frameworks to ensure fast loading times and security. We support the following browsers (desktop and mobile):
- Google Chrome: Version 64 or newer
- Apple Safari: Version 12 or newer
- Mozilla Firefox: Version 67 or newer
- Microsoft Edge: Version 79 or newer
Using older or unsupported browsers may result in visual styling errors, sluggish performance, or scheduling calendar glitches.
Supported Operating Systems
Kinibook is fully responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms:
- iOS (iPhone/iPad): iOS 12.0 or newer
- Android Mobile: Android 7.0 (Nougat) or newer
- macOS: OS X 10.12 (Sierra) or newer
- Windows: Windows 10 or newer
Device Clock & Local Timezone
Because appointment calculations rely on scheduling constraints, it is critical that your device clock is set to Set Automatically (network-provided time).
Kinibook operates under Malaysian Standard Time (Asia/Kuala_Lumpur, UTC+8). If your device clock drifts by even a few minutes, you may experience booking slot mismatches or calendar sync issues. Learn more about timezone localization in our Core Concepts Guide.
- iOS: Open Settings > General > Date & Time and toggle ON Set Automatically.
- Android: Open Settings > System > Date & Time and toggle ON Use network-provided time.
- Windows: Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time and click Sync Now under Synchronize your clock.
- macOS: Go to System Settings > General > Date & Time and ensure Set time and date automatically is enabled.
