Launch your custom online booking link and automate scheduling in less than 5 minutes.
What is Kinibook?
Kinibook is a mobile-first appointment scheduling system designed specifically for Malaysian service merchants. By replacing back-and-forth WhatsApp chats with a clean booking link, Kinibook lets your clients view your live availability, choose services, assign staff, and secure slots 24/7.
Setting Up Your Booking Page
Follow these four simple phases to configure and launch your page:
Step 1: Choose Your Booking Link Name
Enter your business name on the registration screen to secure your custom booking link (e.g., kinibook.com/your-business-name).
Once active, this link acts as your online storefront. You can embed it in your Instagram Bio, WhatsApp Business Auto-Responders, or Facebook page to drive direct bookings.
Step 2: Create Your Services
Navigate to your Services. Click Add Service and enter details like service name (e.g., "Premium Haircut"), duration (e.g., 45 minutes), price, and description.
Step 3: Configure Staff & Schedules
Go to Staff & Places, add your team members, and define their unique working hours. Kinibook automatically checks their weekly shift timings to prevent client bookings when staff are off-duty.
Step 4: Share Your Link
Copy your custom link and add it to your social profiles or set it up as an auto-responder inside your WhatsApp Business app.
Please note: Your custom booking page is only active and live for clients once you perform an initial prepaid top-up (minimum RM 10) to cover booking costs. You can complete this by going to Billing.
