Customer success is central to kinibook's growth. As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will ensure businesses are able to successfully adopt and benefit from our platform. You will act as a trusted point of contact, helping customers navigate the system and resolve challenges efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Guide customers through onboarding and system setup
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Provide clear product guidance and usage support
  • Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve customer experience
  • Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service Management, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and empathy
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
