Customer success is central to kinibook's growth. As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will ensure businesses are able to successfully adopt and benefit from our platform. You will act as a trusted point of contact, helping customers navigate the system and resolve challenges efficiently.
What you'll do
- Guide customers through onboarding and system setup
- Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Provide clear product guidance and usage support
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service Management, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-focused mindset and empathy
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests effectively
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Professional and solution-oriented attitude
