As a Sales Development Representative at kinibook, you will play a key role in introducing our platform to businesses and helping them transition to a smarter way of managing appointments and operations. You will work closely with business owners, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how kinibook can improve efficiency and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach potential business customers across targeted industries
- Introduce kinibook and present product demonstrations to business owners
- Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities
- Assist new customers throughout onboarding and initial setup
- Build long-term relationships with merchants and maintain engagement
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
