As a Sales Development Representative at kinibook, you will play a key role in introducing our platform to businesses and helping them transition to a smarter way of managing appointments and operations. You will work closely with business owners, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how kinibook can improve efficiency and customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Identify and approach potential business customers across targeted industries
  • Introduce kinibook and present product demonstrations to business owners
  • Understand merchant needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities
  • Assist new customers throughout onboarding and initial setup
  • Build long-term relationships with merchants and maintain engagement

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
